Orange Peel Consultancy is a specialist construction consultancy established in late 2022 by Neil Thody. Neil was previously Founder and Managing Director of a leading procurement consultancy, where he oversaw the delivery of over £30bn of public sector procurement projects across multiple sectors.

Neil founded the practice to provide strategic procurement advice and to promote collaborative working within the construction industry, drawing on extensive experience advising on non-confrontational forms of building contract and on the provision of dispute avoidance services in the role of Independent Adviser. Neil is a CEDR and RICS accredited mediator and a qualified RICS Adjudicator, enabling him to support organisations through a range of alternative dispute resolution methods when matters become contentious. Neil is also an Expert Witness with specialism in building pathology, contract disputes and boundary disputes.

Neil also brings significant corporate experience, having served as a Board Director of an AIM-listed company, and combines this with his MBA qualification to deliver business advisory services at C-Suite level.
